What's the Job?

This is a remote position for an experienced recruiter interested in taking their knowledge, connections and drive to an organization that values rewarding their recruiters, independence and integrity.

This is a full-desk role, which means you will be working both candidates as well as clients. You should have experience and the ability to bring in new clients, as well as to recruit the best Data Scientists and Data Engineers in the country.

You will be an independent contributor with the ability to manage and grow a team in the future.

Compensation

• We expect performance from our recruiters, and you should expect to be rewarded. Your goal should be earning $150,000 - $225,000/Year
